Privacy policy

Photos and analysis

You choose which photos Photo Cull can access. It uses Apple’s Vision framework to detect faces and facial features and assess photo quality. All grouping, face analysis, and scoring run on your device, without identifying people. Your photos, metadata, results, and choices are never sent to me or a Photo Cull server, sold, or shared with advertisers.

Saved progress

Review progress and preferences are stored locally and don’t sync between devices. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app clears this data, not your photos. Apple backups may include app data.

Your controls

You can change Photos access in Settings at any time. Scanning never deletes photos. Deletion requires your confirmation and uses Apple Photos’ Recently Deleted recovery options.

Apple Photos may download photos from iCloud and sync changes across your devices or Shared Photo Library. Apple’s services follow your settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
