Apple’s tools for photo analysis
Photo Cull uses Apple’s Vision framework to detect faces and features such as eyes and mouths, assess face capture quality, and compare images.
Photo Cull combines these results with its own estimates of open eyes and smiles, plus sharpness and composition, to rank similar shots. Scores are suggestions; you choose the keepers.

Grouping, face analysis, and ranking run on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Photo Cull doesn’t identify people or upload your photos or analysis results to a server.
