Your sessions
Session dates, game details, amounts, notes, venue names, addresses, and saved coordinates are stored on your device. Imported sessions can also include the original CSV fields and import settings. I don’t receive your playing records, sell them, or share them with advertisers.
Optional iCloud sync
When enabled, Poker Log uses Apple’s CloudKit service to sync session data through your private iCloud database. Apple handles this service under your Apple Account and its privacy practices. Turning sync off requires fully quitting and reopening the app; it does not erase records already stored in iCloud. Device backups may also include app data.
Maps and location
Maps and address searches use Apple Maps. Searches send the text you enter to Apple to find matching places. If you ask Poker Log to save your current location, it requests location permission and stores the resulting coordinates with the session. Poker Log does not continuously track your location in the background. You can change location permission in your device’s Settings.
Apple’s services are covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Imports and exports
You choose the files you import and where exported CSV or JSON files are saved. Exported files may contain your full session history, notes, and location information. They are shared only when you choose to share them through another app or service.
Diagnostics and beta testing
Poker Log does not include a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may provide developers with diagnostics or TestFlight feedback through its services, depending on how you use them and your settings.
Website and support
These Poker Log pages use no analytics or tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Other pages on leyanlo.com may use analytics.
If you email poker-log@leyanlo.com, I use your email address and message to respond. Please avoid sending your session history unless it is needed to understand an issue. You can request deletion of support correspondence.
I’ll update this page if these practices change.
